The whole process was extremely disappointing. The initial meeting went well and we agreed on a system, installation window, and price. However, when it came time to sign the contract, the price had increased by $2500, the delay in installation had doubled. I was still going to agree, so I signed the contract, which included a clause that I had three days to cancel and after that period I was liable for the full contracted payment, and wrote a check for the required 30% down payment. After I signed the contract, I was informed by the representative that he had "made a mistake" and Sears required a 100% down payment- I cancelled immediately.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was also very helpful. The contractor crew were very courteous, professional, came on time and were extremely efficient in installing the system. The only glitch was with the electrician who came about 2 hours later than scheduled due to traffic encountered on his way. Would highly recommend them.
