Sears Heating and Cooling - New Jersey South

The Project consultant explained us the various options and how the work will be done. Sears Pro gave us options for financing and also worked in a speedy manner to complete the installation

They arrived when they said. Did the work in a timely manner. Got the permits. Were pleasant and respectful. Did a good job. Cleaned up when they left. Who could ask for anything more?

Good, fast service, unfortuantely the system they installed was a very inferior product. It takes forever to cool the house and it constantly shuts itself off before cooling the house.

Everything went as expected, and the installation team was courteous and professional. They had to come back and fix something, and response was immediate, and the problem was resolved.

Installers were very good. Ivan did a great job of previewing work to be done, also kept me up to date with progress. Ivan did a final walk thru to ensure all was OK

My only negative comments are: they smoked in the basement, and the job took much longer than promised (3 - 4 weeks vs. 2 - 3 days).

Job is not complete yet My plumber has to do some work then they can complete the job.

I CHOSE SEAR BECAUSE I LIKED THE CARRIER BRAND THE BEST. I FIGURED SINCE I COULDN'T REPLACE THE UNIT WITH ANOTHER G.E.PRODUCT,CARRIER WAS THE BETTER CHOICE IN MY OPINION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I choose Sears because of the name - and THAT was a mistake. The project took 1 month to complete and it was only supposed to take 3 days. The house was left a mess and the work left much to be desired. I will never use Sears for this type work again.

SEARS HIRES INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS TO DO THE JOB. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, IT WILL BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY HELP FROM SEARS!!!!ALSO, BEWARE OF THE 3 DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL. IT IS PURPOSEFULLY VAGUE. I hired Sears to install a heating and air conditing system based on when i was promised the job would be done. No one called to schedule. i finally got through to someone only to learn that the work would be done a full week after the original promised date. I HAVE HAD NO A.C.FOR 2 WEEKS!!!I would have gone with another company based on that information. Now,I have to start over with someone else. Exreme lack of courtesy. No one returns calls

Sea's gave me more issues from their point-of-view that was unbelieveable, yet the company they had come out to do the work was wonderful!

The team was very good. Arrived right on time. Scheduling was a breeze, the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process took about 1 week from start to finish.
