the project went well. installation was timely and everything was explained well. I did call when I thought I had a problem with the humidifier causing me not to have hot water in the house. I started with my salesperson, but it took several days to get someone set up to come out and investigate. By that time I figured out what was wrong myself and corrected it. I was not happy with this followup service.

Sears was very interested in doing the work and started work shortly after getting the contract. When some changes needed to be made by the sub-contractor, the sales person was not as charming and happy to make the necessary changes. The sub worked very hard and rolled with the changes that my situation needed.
