A little sloppy with the over all communication, did NOT do all of the things promised by the saleman as he was attempting to secure that contract....for the amount invested in the Sears system..it would be very wise to be careful with promises un kept...some one is going to get very mad one day!! The reaction could be unforgettable, but then that is the norm in america isn't it?

Although the rep from Sears was unable to provde the service we requested, i.e. move our heat pump, he was prompt in responding to our request, knowledgeable of what was required, and arrived at our home on time for the estimate.

Just awful. The representative who came to the house spent nearly two hours here before realizing we are in a three-story townhome, not a two-story, which rendered all of his calculations and discussions with us useless. He promised to follow-up the next day with an e-quote given the "new" information, but I have yet to hear from him. A total waste off time.
