I am very pleased with the job that Sears did.

The installation was fine but a permit was suppose to be pulled and i cannot get a permit number in order to apply for my state rebate so i feel either they get me the number or subtract the rebate amount from the cost of the furnace.......I am very dissatisified.........

I believe the main office is in Grand Rapids. The salesman was very helpful and informative. He spent a lot of time with us, answered questions etc. We received financing on the spot and purchased a furnace.

We were told that the reason we didn't hear from Sears for two weeks after the purchase was the illness of the job scheduler. Once we got past that, however, we were very pleased with the installers and the HVAC equipment.

The poor installer ended up here by himself, but still managed very well.

The contractors were very efficient and the system is a very good system. Thank you

Worked straight through until the project was finished without a break. They were very careful to lay tarps on floors to minimize dirt, and cleaned the basement of old furnace and parts.Swept floors. No background music to contend with as a lot of contractors seem to need. We were very, very pleased with their knowledge of the project and they even gladly answered our questions without dismissing us or making us feel we was interfering.

Sears was excellent on their part, but I do have a problem with the product that I was promised. The A-coil is not the size that was quoted in the price by the salesman and I have checked out other models of heat pumps and a 24in a coil is a lot larger than what I was installed with. Hope it does the job when the air temp is more demanding.

They were a little late the day's they came to install the unit. But they were very professional.

We were not kept informed as to installation date. There was a delay due to change in size of boiler, but we had to call to find that out. We also learned of installation day by calling and asking. Installers were courteous, clean, and efficient. They answered my husband's questions and left a number to call in case of problems.
