No one has any knowledge ofHVAC at this location and when sales people called the manager of the department that handles this stuff - he was without a clue. Worst experience I every had with a store. They advised me to call the centeral office which I told them that was their job they did call and the person at central office said he would call me back with the information concerning Carrier Heat Pumps. They never did call back. I tried again via the internet and got a response from a sales person who provided me with am=n estimate of over $17,000. Then when I said no thanks, two days later he called back reducing the price by $4000.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the Sears installer. They were polite and efficient. So far the air conditioning is working fine. Time will tell with the heat. We are confident that the job was well done and ready to go. Thanks again for your recommendation. We were also impressed with the way everything was left in a nice orderly condition.

They spilled sauce all over my new floor and didn't tell me, I cut my foot on glass and as I went to find out what was on the floor saw the sauce in the grooves. Not happy about return, as I still have a humidity issues, this was supposed to help sove that. I was told they had to do the duct work through the closet and garage, I have since found out they could have run it through my walls for a bit more money. I should have been advised of ths option and was not, it would be hard to change it now as they have cut holes all over my house.They put one of the vents in a different location in the master bedroom than what had been stated.
