Sears Heating and Cooling - Syracuse

I WAS CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY. THE CONTRACTOR WAS THOROUGH AND THE COST WAS ON TARGET WITH WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. POLITE AND LEFT ME FEELING THAT I HAD MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and friendly. The team was in constant contact with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. The installer reviewed the process with us before he started and then gave a run through on how to use the new furnace and again asked if we had any questions. We will definitely recommend Sears to our friends.

They didn't show up until 11:30 ( I could of worked a1/2 a day ) ordered a NON programable thermostate got a programable one ( changed to a non myself ). Bought a fine quality product had it installed, works great! They sell a good product and have a contractor put it in.

I found them to be excellent in accommodating placement of A/C unit outside of my house. He had to remove a garden bush to satisfy my selection of placement. Explanations to my questions and instruction on how to ooperate unit were very helpful. Timing of installation and promised time to install were met to the letter.

On time with very good examples and information required to make an informed choice.

they were quick to install the system and made sure I knew how to use the equipment before they left. They did more then I expected with no extra charge.

Received an estimate, plan on using them when I get my gas company to install my line.

They were excellent! The sales person took his time (unlike all the others) to go over our present system and to explain proper sizing of the heating system and the different types of furnaces available. As they say, it's all in the details and they were patiently explained. The installers were fantastic too. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. The installation was quick and they cleaned up afterwards. If the other contractors out there had taken the sort of care Sears had shown in the up front estimates and planning, it might have been a much harder decision.

He was clean, neat, knew what he was ding. Was very polite. Arrived within five minutes of the time he said he would be here. All, in all a god experience.

These people are very good they had my system installed in two weeks and just in time! It works great and the installer was professional, neat, on time and did a great job! Sears did a great job and I would call them again when I need a service!!

Communication with Sears was not very good. Delayed installation by 4 weeks. Didn't show up to install system on scheduled day, I had to call them to find out that they were not coming. Once the actual installers were there, they were pretty good.
