Instlled in a timely fashion, good price.

The sales person who came to our house was very helpful and answered our questions. The price for the Carrier products was very competitive. The installers were easy to work with and did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the whole experience.

The Sales was more Concerned about a Sale and Getting his Commission. Low balled on the rebate in stead of giveing a $1500 rebate that i was suppose to get. He gave me $500.

they started by laying drop clothes down to prevent damaging the carpet....Great!! Clean up was wonderful. The installers did not go over the order/equipment/expectations prior to install and a minor fix was skipped over. I was still billed for the fix that they did not perform and am currently waiting to hear about the refund to my account. I was told that sears handles all permits if one is required. I am also waiting to hear about the permit and inspection that my village requires for all furnace replacements.

Everything went great and I feel confident in our decision to go with them.

Professional Salespeople and a good experience with the installers. A little more expensive than the rest.

too bad the papers were signed - the installer whowed up with the wrong unit, After 7 calls to sears, we quit trying to do business with them. To date have never heard back from them. We started this project in early July. Sears is a DOG
