Sears Heating and Cooling - Chicago South

I found the team I worked with at Sears very professional and and they worked to answer all of my questions and addressed all concerns. I felt very comfortable doing business with this team.I am also planning another project and plan to use Sears as my service provider

They refused to go up to attic to regulate the flow. Paid extra to have ran into backroom and kitchen and not working. have tried calling with no luck.

Sears made the appointment and followed threw with contact and made the recommendations.

This gentleman is very clean, he is precise in what he's doing. All the things he told me he would do he did and he's efficient.

Installers arrived a little late, however the installation went very well. They explained what they would do and aswered any questions I had. After the installation was complete, they gave instruction on how to set the thermostat and what to do to care for the furnace. Overall the experience went well and I would hire Sears again.

Sears gave the best quote and the installation was quick and professional! The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable as well.

He was very comprehensive and precise. He made sure that I understood all that was in his analysis and didn't rush anything. Their was no pressure involved to force me into making a decision on hiring his company to do the work. He made me feel at ease and I wa very comfortable with him.

My experience was great the guys were in and out in five hours very professional.

All the pre-installation work was good. The installation went well. But we had problems immediately after the installers left my home and we were unable to get them to come back. To this day, I have not received a follow-up call about my problems and there are rooms in my home that don't get heat (and they did before the new boiler was installed). Also, I never got a copy of the receipt after installation. I signed a receipt, but never got a copy for my records. They gave me a survey to fill out while they waited, but the problems occurred after they left.
