could have been better. they didn't have the parts they needed and also added in a sump pump, which they didn't think they would need. they had to come back twice to fix things.as for the initial sale, the salesman offered me extra incentive if i called him back the next day, which i did. however, he did not give me the discount because he didn't call me back for several days.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
Drilled hole in wrong location and did not fill in hole to outside, I had to fill hole myself. Turned hot water handle - now has a leak. Had to call 3 times to get service - Pro Service is not local they come from 2 1/2 hour drive - only service area when other calls in area. Repair men do not speak good english or just didn't want to be bothered when I asked about the leak. Will not call Sears again for other major repairs.
