I paid for a brand new Central AC system from Sears. The system went completely dead less than a year and I attempted to reach Sears and was unsuccessful. Each attempted call was either transferred or a nonworking number was provided. Sears has a horrendous warranty. My overall experience was horrible. I will never spend my hard-earned money ever again with Sears. Since an Ecobee thermostat was installed, I called Ecobee and they had excellent customer service. Ecobee sent me an email for the Sears technician that contained tests that were run from the thermostat. I have left several messages with Sears and have sent emails. The customer portal was activated but it is useless. My issue has now lasted for 4 days without 1 person from Sears returning my call. I will make sure to update my employers experience board with my issues with Sears so no one has to deal with what I have had to deal with. An $8000 brand new AC Unit installed by Sears that has stopped working less than 1 year.

Two salesmen came to give an estimate. I brought up several things that I was concerned about being an issue. I was reassured that these would not be problems. After being reassured, choosing my floor and paying all seemed fine. When it came time for installation I was told the opposite of everything the salesmen told me. When I tried to cancel they did not want to refund my money as the order had been made. After much argument and threatening by the company I was finally refunded my deposit as they were at fault.

The installer did excellent work, but he was alone. Installation time would gave been much shorter if he had a helper. The floors look great.

Great work on my floor

Workers were not aware of scope of work/contract and attempted to cut corners to finish quickly. Major communication difficulties with work crew. Project manager/coordinator was located out of the area and eventually had to travel to the area. Very happy with LVP floor installation but other aspects of the job were below standards and required rework under supervision of project coordinator. Would not hire again!

Floor Review I had floors and two bathroom vanities, mirrors, and over-toilet cabinets installed. The contractors managed to get it all done in three days, which I appreciated. The only reason I didn't rate this as a 5 is that the water was hooked up backward to my faucets and my clothes washer. Additionally, my contract said they would move the furniture, but my husband and I moved most of it out of the rooms and when the contractors moved it back, some of it was damaged and some parts were lost. Everything was covered in sawdust by the time the job was complete. I would have thought they'd cover the furniture, but they didn't. At one point, the foreman's daughter (I'm not sure she was an official employee) asked me if there was anything that needed to be moved that I didn't mind getting damaged. Seriously?! I was told that the crew putting in our floors were all part of Transform as employees, but I doubt that was the case. They constantly complained that it was taking so long because they had a lot of stuff to move. However, they left only one guy here the first day to take care of all that, it's no wonder it took so long. All in all, my floors and bathrooms look great and the contractors were polite and efficient.

The laminate flooring is uneven. They initially said they would address that. Yet the same man came and did not do it. The project manager said he would address it again but did not. The product is not what I would repeat. It is too noisy with an ashy, dusty noise and it is slippery even dry. The quarter-inch strip is not properly installed in some places; it is loose to where it is just laying on the floor. The carpet job has some nails or something stabbing our feet when entering the rooms. That is dangerous especially for my toddler! While the pandemic caused a delay, communication was HORRIBLE from inception from the project manager! I would not hear anything from him unless I called. If I did get a message was an automated text saying the same cr*p. A sales manager contacted me to apologize for the project managers incompetency. I WILL NEVER do another project with them nor will I recommend them. Whether they were subcontractors or not, here I am giving a review on SEARS.

The heat pump was installed and did not cool the house.. They said let it run. We did and one night the temperature in the house was 93 degrees. We cut it off then and have not been able to get anyone out here to fix it. It has been TWO MONTHS since it was installed, and there have been many 90 degree days, and days with the heat index 100 degrees or more. I keep getting the run around from them. They are working on getting someone out here. This has gone on for over a month.

The installer was excellent

Carpet is nice, but some lines are visible where the made cuts. And two stairs are loose. But overall good

Estimate, product, and sales all went well. Once I paid the down payment, I did not hear from them again for over 2 months. I had to reach out to them to get a status and install date.

Workmanship and product were good but everything else was a disaster. Expensive, very slow, not enough carpet or flooring initially, workmen would show up at noon and want to work till 9 pm, what was estimated at 4 weeks took three months, supposed two-day installation to 6, clean up was sloppy.

Jayson Levine, the salesman lied about the quality of the front door we purchased. He told us that the door would last a lifetime. Ità ¢à  à  s been 15 months and weather stripping is pealing off. You can feel considerable cold air coming in near side lights. There are severable blemishes and blemish dots all over the door. Jayson wonà ¢à  à  t return calls or texts. We paid almost $9,000 for the door and Customerservice sucks. He only cares about making sales. DONà ¢à  à  T buy from Transform

The gentleman Mr. Kevin Johnston was awesome. my flooring was never done.was awful 34 months later they put 1,000.00 back our acct. I had already paid them3,461.31 dollars that meant I PD 2,473.00 for 2 storm doors. not only did they keep all my money except for the 1,000.00 but I could never get in touch with anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My experience was what I thought at first great until I realize that this was not financing but a revolving credit card after reviewing the email before my first payment on April 14, 2021. I was told this was financing and I could reduce my payment by putting money down. I gave a $2000.00 deposit to find out later on my credit report that this was a revolving credit card that reduce my credit score and placed me at a 85% usage with a $7500 or $10000.00 credit limit. I was told a monthly payment after placing the $2000.00 down. why would you pay a down payment for a credit card. The financing that I thought I was getting should have been explained in details prior to applying and finding out later by a email and after installation. I am I disabled veteran and this simply misleading and it does not help people with a credit score disadvantage, in fact it brings them lower. How is this helping besides, I find it weird to not be approved for the best financing by this company and get approved for the worst financing but yet I can get approved through others for more outside of this company.

Realized the carpet was not what we ordered. We have tried to get a hold several times with no return calls.

We had some communication issues, but they were resolved in a timely fashion.
