They were amazing. Great job! They went the extra mile for me. My yard was getting out of control with the rain and my riding mower was broken so I was not able to mow the lawn. He needs to sharpen his blades and I did not like the fact that he used a push mower on my front lawn and the teenager that cut it did not know what he was doing.

"Ms. Yolonda, we are sorry you were not 100% satisfied. As we always do, we explained upfront that your back yard was in very bad shape and was almost entirely dandelions. We went over your back yard twice with a brand new commercial-grade mower to combat these weeds. We apologize if there were a few strands left sticking up. With your front yard being Bermuda sod, we try to push mow smaller sized yards to give the optimal plush appearance! This is also much better for this type of grass! Again, we always do our best to make each of our customers happy before we leave the customer?s house and would have been happy to discuss your concerns"
