Drywall - Install
They started out great, price was right. Half way through the project it fell apart. Shoddy workmanship and they tried to make up their profit on a highly priced finished paint job, tile and wood trim installation. They painted after all fixtures were put in so they painted around everything and on everything (cabinets, vanity, light fixtures. They even painted the wood trim the same color as the walls which were lilac. Who does that? Would never recommend this company. Also, their plumber removed some wood trim to get the bathtub upstairs and never replaced it. This eventually became a laborer fantasy camp for me, which I did not nee

Dry-rot, Water or Pest Damage - Major Repair
A team was promptly sent and work begun after a thorough estimate. Work was done every day except Sunday until job was done. Workers were competent and polite and supervision was ongoing to make sure all was well. Repairs went beyond what one would expect at new extra charge. They did a fine job.

Bathroom - Remodel
The job was supposed to take a week and it took over almost two months. The contractor refused to come to my house after several requests when I started having problems with the work. He sent his designer in his place who he fired and rehired during the project becasuse he said she was not qualifed for the job. The contractor sent fixtures to our house for installation that we did not order. They changed the order without notifiying us. In the end, the final work was OK. They left paint markings in the tub and scratched some of the new fixtures. The contractor took 1,700 off the price rather than come to my home to review the work.

"It's unfortunate that you requested to have a low budget bath remodel for $5700. We signed a contract with you tht apparently you paid no regard to, or should we say your wife paid no regard to. You orederd vanities and fixtures that when the arrived stated that that was not what you ordered. We then sent you or your wife to a local large showroom to pick the finishing products of which you had ordered a $1400 vanity, $600 vanity top, and a $500 medicine cabinet. You constantly were unavailable to have work done. Quite frankly you beat us out of $1700 and intended to from the start. We no longer provide this service as a result"

They were wonderful, they responded to each and every request/question I had in a very timely manner; the workers were all very polite and friendly; the price was very fair; they are always available for questions or changes/additions to your plans; I was very happy with them and will definitely be using them again.

We can't say enough about Mike and Seaside Group. They came when they said they would be here. It was a big job, complete gut out on our bathroom and they surprised us because it was done when they said it would be done. IT LOOKS SUPER!!! Very, very happy. Thanks Mike - can't wait for you to start on our next project - the addition.

"First of all this is a tenant whom is a person whom one could never satisfy. In the original demolition of the bathroom it was discovered that makeshift changes were made to the room construction many years prior that did not provide adequate support to the floor framing. To rebuild the framing would add additional cost and the owner was willing only for minor. The tenant wanted shower doors, owner said no, the tenant wanted an ADA toilet which was also not in the budget. The plumbing and wiring were not to code and minor work was done to repair the floor. There is nothing that would satisfy this man other than buying him a new house! Maybe?"

Seaside Home Services are professional, prompt and clean contractors that do fantastic work! Prices are fair and most important they do exactly what you want. They put a deck with stairs and overhang on my home and use the best materials. I am so pleased. I will use this contractor again! If you need work done and want quality use this group.

All is supported by a management staff which is knowledgeable on every phase of a project. The greatest difficulty is expediting those potential clients who do not know what they want, and who's budget is not in line with the desired results."
