Seaside Roofing Solutions LLC

In 2022, Hightower Roofing in Pensacola installed a new roof on my home. I experienced some issues afterward and reached out to the main office. Workers came out a few times, but unfortunately, it appears my concerns were never elevated by the workers to management as they should have been. That changed completely in 2026 when I connected with Connor Hightower. As soon as Connor learned about the problems I was experiencing, he took personal responsibility for getting them resolved. Within a few weeks, he had addressed the issues, made repairs and throughout the process he was incredibly responsive, caring, knowledgeable, and determined to make things right. Then, this past week, during a torrential downpour, I discovered another leak. I contacted Connor directly, and within just a few hours, he was at my house—in the middle of the rainstorm! He specifically wanted to see the leak while it was actively happening so he could determine where the water was coming from. My home is very large and has unusual architecture with two 19ft tall atriums, which makes tracking down a leak particularly challenging. Connor thoroughly investigated and found leaks around two of the atrium window seals, which appear to be the likely source of the current issue. We are still working to confirm that diagnosis, and I am now arranging for a window company to address those seals. What impressed me most was Connor's determination to find the actual source of the problem. I was genuinely amazed that he cared enough to come out within hours and investigate while it was still pouring rain rather than simply waiting for better weather. It's easy for a company to provide good customer service when everything goes perfectly. The true measure of a company—and the people behind it—is how they respond when something goes wrong. Connor has demonstrated a tremendous work ethic, excellent knowledge and skill, and, most importantly, a genuine concern for his customers. He made my problem his problem and was determined to get to the bottom of it. I am extremely grateful for Connor's dedication, responsiveness, and professionalism. He completely changed my experience with his company, and I can't say enough good things about the way he has handled this. Thank you, Connor!

Connor did an excellent job quoting and delivering as promised! I would highly recommend him to anyone to redo my roof!!!

Seaside was great! Connor was very caring and communicative during the entire process. And my roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Fast coming to give a roof replacement estimate. Happy with the quote. Went with the company. Most of the roof was done on a Monday & finished on Tuesday. All the paperwork was completed by Conner & Jacob. Gave half down before starting work. Collected the last half after Conner checked the roof to his satisfaction. This was an out of pocket replacement to get my house insurance reduced. Looks GREAT. Thank you both.

Conner and his guys fixed my roof in few hours and has not leaked since. I was using another company that keep dragging the process out for months. Come to find out they new very little about tile roofs. Seaside is my goto from now on. I strongly recommend Seaside.

Shelby the project manager explained every phase of the project very clearly and throughly from start to finish . There was no hidden agendas . The cost of material and the possibility of any unexpected cost was discussed in detail right up front. He was very professional and not pushy . He gave me all the information I needed , but left final decision up to me . The work crew was also outstanding . They worked harmoniously throughout the entire project without a glitch. Awesome company ! Thanks Hightower for a job well done !

Liz was very good personable and took care of us. I was not getting answers from the insurance agent or the adjusters and was like a lost kid in the crowd. Liz was able to break down how everything worked and made a complicated process easy. She took care of my family and home. She was fantastic no matter what arose.
