Kenny, the owner, was the first to contact me and was the best estimate of 3 estimates given. Simply put, Seaside is what all customers are looking for and that is someone you can hire and not have to worry about being taken advantage of and know that you will get professional service at a reasonable price which is very difficult to find these days. Will not hesitate to contact them for any service I need in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for good dependable service.

Was contacted right away by the owner Kenny. They were very courteous, and cleaned up after repairs. Had some time problems but this was mostly the result of rain. Had to wait till the next day for the repair as they did not have the part. This another good company recommended by HomeAdvisor.

They were on time, courteous and answered all my questions. They checked my system thoroughly and we talked through some of the issues that existed due to mistakes in the initial installation of my system. They checked the coolant and recharged the system. They had to substitute taping some insulation on the inside of the cover of the air handler system. (They did not have adhesive normally used to secure the insulation.)

I went through Homeadvisor.com to try and reach out to a new Central A/C company. (We are not satisfied with our current;MIA company whom is very unreliable). A gentleman named Kenny from Seaside Services called me immediately and we have corresponded via telephone. Our unit is new and in fine condition, Kenny has communicated to me when we are ready for standard maintenance check up on our unit, he'll be more than happy to come and talk about maintenance plans; costs etc. Very happy to get such a responsive reply. We will call Seaside Services as we roll into the fall time for a winter maintenance check-up...Thank you.

He was quick to return the first call and scheduled an appointment the same day. He got our old unit working and when we decided to replace unit he was ready to install the day after we ordered the unit. They showed up on time with plenty of help and completed the job quickly and with efficacy. They took the extra time to make sure the unit was balanced properly and when he left he provided me with all the paperwork and explained the 10 Year warranty. He then asked if he could call later that night to check on the unit and to make sure it was working properly. The unit did perform well and now we're back in the cool. Great job highly recommend.
