Seasons Roofing

I hired them to install new screws and repair a joint panel of my metal roof, My issue is we see some screws backing out and tried contacting them to come back and fix but they are not responding to our calls.

Hired Seasons Roofing to repair a leaking metal garage roof. We had to be absent during the period of performance, and the company was OK with that condition. I understood that a membrane material would be applied, after a thorough cleaning. The cleaning went well, no complaints, however, the membrane appears to simply be a paint application. Furthermore, the leak persists. We returned to the property four months after the job was completed. All attempts to contact Seasons Roofing were unsuccessful. The phone number is no longer functional, nor is there any web presence that I could find. The only positive outcome was that Brittany was helpful in that she sent photos after the job was completed, though there was not enough detail to determine the membrane/paint material detail. Requests for information about the material and any warranty information soon after the job was completed were unanswered. I would not recommend Seasons Roofing to anyone, though if as it appears, that they're no longer in business, the point is moot.

They did not call before appearance to perform roof fix. Cleaned up well. Match to old roof was perfect. Will call them again for next fix.

They were wonderful, fixed the immediate issue and we will be using them to replace our roof

I was charged almost 800 dollars for 30 minutes work. Very overpriced and unreliable.

We had a repair / roof problem and an employee problem, they seemed to have resolved both. The roof leak may take some time to determine if it is completely resolved,

Did excellent work on the roofing in a timely manner. Had trouble communicating with the office in Caryville. The phones were always busy. They came immediately on the eatimate and one week later started the roof.

They just came and did nothing. Absolutely no satisfaction. Alot of frustration.

Roger is very personable and knowledgeable about flat roofs. He needs to improve time management. Project was to start at noon on a Wednesday, not complete til the following Wednesday. He responded to my work request immediately and gave an estimate within the hour. But he promises times he doesn't keep. Works really hard and long hours and gets a 5 for aims to please.

They took care of all my concerns. Did the job right.

These people are the real deal. The roofer's roofer. Jobs was right the cost was right. Felt right and done right.

I was contacted within one hour of my inquiry. A planner/estimator visited my home as scheduled at 2:30 PM. Two men showed up and fixed the problem later the same day. They honored the estimated cost. It was a relief to me to have the problem fixed quickly. I don't really know how to compare the cost to other companies, but I was satisfied.
