Season to Season Landscaping

Season to Season has been frustrating to work with. We hired them because they appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable. However, the crews who came to do the work seemed to have been given very little instruction leaving it on us to manage the project which was difficult to do while working and taking care of our children. We had to have them come back multiple times in order to ensure that the project was done correctly. We went months without hearing anything from them leading us to assume that they were not going to come back at all. Finally, after almost a year, the project is complete. I would not recommend working with this company.

I hired them to put in a hard scape boarder around my front and back natural areas, plant some new bushes and mulch the area in my front yard and fill in the back with river rock. Their pricing was on point and they were able to get a crew out to do the work quickly. The work was completed in one day. The crew was clean and did an amazing job.

Season to Season Landscaping installed my new patio. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get to it. First they had to remove the old patio, which took a great amount of labor. Then they installed a gorgeous new one with pavers I chose from several nice options. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for patio installation.

We were not notified what day they would do the installation of our fence. They just showed up one day. Luckily we were home so they we able to do the installation.

I had a conversation about getting a quote for a patio, advised the individual it is a family home who work online only. Without programing the schedule, they decided to show up, and start the project. The workers were DRINKING on the job, who then cut my lines for the internet, which caused a house outage worth more than the work was supposed to cost. They damaged the house siding, did not come back to flatten or review, destroyed the remaining yard in the process, sent a drainage line directly to the yard of my neighbor, ruining their yard with floodwaters, and then tried to threaten me in order to receive payment. This is a dishonest company. Do not hire.

I hired Season to Season for a wood fence. Initially, it looked great, we were even happy enough to get a quote for a walkway, but we never got a copy of the quote after multiple queries. We also happily recommended two neighbors to build fences with them as well. We soon had severe warping in the gate, some slats, and had the post caps flying off in the wind. We managed to get them to secure the caps, but have not been able to get them to follow through on any other repairs. Communication has been awful and Brad and Dallas have been ignoring emails and phone calls for months. At this point, I am looking at a gate that just barely keeps the dog from running loose and wondering what was the point of even getting a fence. I regret sending additional business their way and hope this review serves as a more accurate representation of their company.

It took a long time to start, but what they did was accomplished very quickly. the problem is that they have not planted the plants that is listed on the invoice two weeks overdue and no communication.

They did a great job. Very net and nice.

I got a call within 10 minutes and spoke to one of the managers (Brad) I was able to get an appointment the same day at 6pm which is unheard of. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Actually took the time to listen to our concerns with our property and offered advice instead of treating us like a dollar sign and giving us a 15 sec estimate . Definitely best customer service I ve seen in a while. I can t wait to see what the work looks like. A+++
