Seattle Build Pro

Fernando is an excellent builder with a deep bench of skills and a solid team. He ended up transforming our back yard and provided valuable design decisions that helped create a beautiful and useful space for our family. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The crew does nice work. However, communication and business skills at this firm are so poor I almost fired them mid-job. Numerous texts were not returned, calls when unanswered, and email was non-existent. Due to no-shows and lack of estimation skills, the job finished four days late as well. Additionally, The way they wanted payment was very shady; separate checks to split the initial payment, then a cashier's check, constant complaining about how long it took checks to clear, etc. This firm is run sloppily, without any contracts or terms.

He did a great job.

They fixed the sunken spot on the patio, but did not do what they said they would do, had to hound them to come back and fix what they screwed up; and it is still not right. NEVER!

it was real easy to work with Fernando and his crew.

Fernando didn't have any polished materials (ie: cut sheets) on the pavers, prior projects ready at hand. but I went forward based on his word and a couple pics on his phone. We made a deal on a fist bump and he sent me a bid in minutes. We had a small amount of negotiations and he started 2 days later. The crew was done in 5 days. New driveway is fantastic - I never expected to be so excited about a driveway.... it's just soooo much of an improvement!! I put 4.5 on the customer service only because I had to reach out to him to get updates on timing (it was during the big snowstorm, and the crews hours varied some day by day). Would have liked to have him reach out to me proactively to keep me appraised of timing, but no harm done. Crew was really talented, accommodating and hard-working. Did great job integrating with the site topography.

Hire them for pavers/ driveway not rock veneer or walls. Sloppy finish work, veneer pieces falling off in just 1 year

They did the work exactly as they had outlined it to me. The quality looks to be very good. I will try and do a followup a year from now as with pavers it is how the work stands up over time that is most important to me. The team doing the work ended up having to work in some rather harsh weather conditions but that didn't keep them from working hard and long to get the job done. I do think they appreciated the hot cup of coffee I made fo them :) Here is my follow up. After year still looks to be holding up but tried contacting them several times in several ways including message through this app and no one will get back to me. Wanted to get quote on resealing as seemed to need it and if too busy for that at least let me know what product they used in original seal but months gone by and nothing

We wanted a 11' x 13' paver patio for our 10' x 12' gazebo. Fernando said the gazebo would fit on a 12' x12' patio so that is what we did. He said there would be a bit of space between the pavers so that the patio would be a few inched bigger, but there was no space between the pavers. The gazebo barely fits on the 12' side with the posts hanging over the edge just a bit. It works ok but we should have gone with a 12' x 14' size. We just didn't know.

Fernando was able to take our almost completely unusable backyard with several complicating faxtors (abrupt level changes, awkward layout, large drainage trench) and conceptualize, design, and build an amazing outdoor living space, all while consulting with my wife and I to personalize and customize the space however we liked. He worked within our budget, and even found unique ways to save us money, while still giving us exactly what we wanted. For example, he built in a beautiful (and large) planter into the side of our patio where we had the steepest grade, to maximize our space and avoid the extra cost of extending the retaining wall there. My wife is thrilled to have such an amazing garden to play with built right into our patio. Also, Fernando found a way to work within the restrictions of our drainage ditch, a long rock-covered section that runs along the back part of our whole yard, by turning it into a beautiful walkway that still provides the drainage and access required of it. Fernando's team was very polite and detailed, not to mention fast. They completed the whole project in almost half the time originally estimated. I especially appreciate his teams sensitivity due to the current health concerns, the whole team wore masks and didn't disturb my wife as she was caring for our newborn son at the time. After completion, Fernando came by a few days later to walk us through the space and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He even noticed a few small mistakes, loose stones and what not, and had his team come back and fix them for us. We couldn't be more pleased with our new patio and can't wait to bring Fernando back to do some more great work on other parts of our property. We highly recommend Fernando and his team, and have already sent a few friends his way.

Seattle Built Pros provided service during the difficult time of just before "stay at home" orders for the state. If not rushing to beat this deadline their service and quality might well have been 5 star.

Fernando and his team did an amazing job. Fernando was really easy to work with and had great ideas about how to design our patio. He was very receptive to what we told him we wanted and how we were wanting to budget. Everyone worked speedily and the end result is just what we wanted. Thank you Fernando and team for helping us create a new space to utilize for the summer!

We love our walkways!

Great job. They were quick, neat and took care of everything - from demolition of old deck to install of pavers. Hard working and polite crew. They know what they are doing. No hassles during project.

Fernando and his team did a great job of brining the back yard of our dreams to life. His team worked hard to ensure everything was done right and the end result is amazing. Thank you!

Team did a great job, stayed on schedule and created a 5 star hotel hardscape. Looks like a backyard out of a master landscaping magazine! Wide paver paths from gate to gate and from deck out to gazebo. Stone retaining walls and everything looks right. I would attach a picture but doesn t appear that I can do that here. First class job, couldn t have had a better result, no issues at all. I completely recommend.

We had a challenging project to make it look right, and Fernando did a wonderful job working with us to achieve a beautiful patio.

They listened well and responded quickly

.

Fernando was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. The crew was friendly and the project was completed quickly. We did two walkways and part of a driveway and it looks beautiful! Thank you!

Hard working crew of quality workers at a fair price! I will be calling them for all my home improvement projects in the future! Thanks again guys!

Fernando was amazing from the start and I ended up hiring him for two other projects in my backyard in addition to the beautiful retaining wall and path in the front. Very knowledgeable and communicative! I love the way they both turned out and would definitely hire him again in the future.

Fernando and his crew were very professional, hard working, paid close attention to detail and did a great job! Completed the job on time, on budget, and well below the bid I got from other pavers. I couldnt be happier and will diffinately hire them again and refer them to friends! Thank you, so much, Fernando and your crew!!
