Joseph was amazing! Not only completed the job to perfection, but went the extra mile to assure that we were satisfied with the outcome. Never had an electrician... or any other hired help, who actually refused to take any payment until he was satisfied that we were satisfied! Would strongly recommend him to anyone needing help. Thank you!

I called Problem Solved on the weekend because my kitchen light was not working. Joe came on a Sunday (much more responsive than I expected). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved my problem quickly. He also was very respectful of my home and put shoe covers on as not to track anything into my home. I have placed Problem Solved on my speed dial for any electrical projects I have and would recommend Joe to anybody that needs an honest, knowledgeable, responsive electrician. As far as I am concerned the name says it all â PROBLEM SOLVEDâ

Such a wonderful experience with problem solved. RD called me immediately after I submitted my request, quickly determined if he could fix my issue, scheduled me for the next day and fixed the broken (heavy) light fixture that was dislodged from my high ceiling within a couple hours. He came prepared and ready to go and I so appreciate his professionalism and care for my home. Highly recommend Problem Solved LLC for any electric help you need! Thanks RD!
