Great company to do business with. Excellent job!!!

Corey is a very nice guy, He was responsive and on time and completed the project as he said. He refinished floors and also installed new in my kitchen. A few weeks after the install was complete, I noticed the new flooring separating. I contacted him immediately and he said he would come out to take a look. I have heard nothing further. SO, for the money (he was higher priced than others), I am disappointed in my install. I will review again if he responds and has a resolution for the issue.

Cory was quick to respond to my call and arranged to view the job and get me a quick quote. It was higher that I had hoped to pay but they were quick to accommodate our schedule, took care to protect as much of the rest of the house from dust, and cleaned up reasonably well. Most impressive was the great floor refinishing job. Years of neglect and damage from a bulldog were sanded away and the result looks like a brand new oak floor. I didn't expect the floor to look as good as it did, They were thorough, friendly, and attentive. I'd recommend them highly.

We received three estimates and although Sebago was slightly higher than the others I am glad we had them do the work. Jack came right out and was an intelligent and polished professional. He immediately emailed a contract and shortly after we agreed to the estimate two workers came by to take a look at the room. Both of them were personable and meticulous craftsmen. They started working at about 9 and worked until 6 for a week. It was apparent that they took pride in their work and wanted me to be happy with the results. We have been working on our 250-year-old house for 40 years. We have done some of the floors ourselves and we have had two other companies work on others of them. Hands down Sebago has done the best job. The floor is beautiful.

Sebago was the first to respond to my request for quotes. We had one scheduled appointment that was missed by their team and we were a bit leery of going with them. But we heard good things, and gave it a go. Glad we did. They were 100% responsive and followed up quickly on questions throughout the process, were reasonably priced, stuck to the price and work they quoted, and we're very happy with the end result. Cory of Sebago was especially patient and flexible in working around the schedule of our tenants.
