Great work - good follow through

I liked the fact that Josh quoted the job and did the work as well. He worked with me to find the best option for my deck. THe price was good and the deck looks great. Very pleased with the outcome.

Josh was great to work with. I had special requirerments for my 14x16 shed and Josh delivered what I wanted. "The project was top notch."

Josh worked with us for 4 months until we were ready to move forward with our siding and gutter project. He came to the house with several options for siding, and we actually changed our mind from our original product choice. It took him less than 1 week to complete the project, and multiple neighbors have told us that it is the best the house has ever looked - since it was built 30 years ago! Josh had the best price of all the contractors we met with, and he got the job done to all of our querky standards. Would work with again.

He was prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly and well and with some pointers on how to maintain the door with minimum fuss.

Very responsive following up on the phone and completing the work per expectations.

Although the work was completed in a satisfactory manner, the contractor failed to leave proper receipts with proper business ID/Logo and never sent the proper W-9 form for tax purpose and accounting records. After several calls and conversations I have still not received the proper paperwork and feel the contractor is ignoring us. I could not recommend this contractor.

Josh did a nice job and followed up with us to ensure his installation was performing well. There were a few items (3 or 4) of scrap that were left around the site, but for the most part he left the area very clean.

Josh was great to work with. I had several questions and requests throughout the planning process and Josh answered them all and addressed all my wants. And Josh and Team were great on-sit: on-time, respectful, clean and did a great job.

Josh was great to work with, he was very fair in pricing. He also provided me with different options to replace siding that was no longer available. I would highly recommend using him.

Josh did a wonderful job repairing some exterior trim. Follow-up was excellent. I have already referred him to a couple of neighbors.

did not clean up very well after finishing work some replaced trim doesn't match up properly with existing trim some wood has large exposed knotholes where they shouldn't be.

Josh Sebring is very courteous and accommodating. He advised me that I had purchased the wrong kind of gutter screens and took them back to Menards to exchange them. There wasn't a sign that any workman had been in the area when he left-he picked up scraps, etc. I will contact Josh again if I have work to be done in the future.
