Committed fraud and would not return down payment when we cancelled the pending contract. To this day and after countless court proceedings, we are still out $1500 plus legal fees. Will NEVER do business with this individual again - they are not to be trusted and completely unethical.

The job was more involved than anticipated as the existing driveway to remove was thicker than guessed. Still John stuck to his original price despite requiring a lot more labor to do the job. The new driveway looks great.

John did an excellent job on our front porch. The project started with just simply replacing hand rails and a few steps. John started demo and found the porch had rotted much worse than we thought. John sat me down and we went over exactly what we would need for a complete rebuild. John did a wonderful job and my wife and I are very pleased with our new porch. We also hired John to stain our fence. We have quite a lot of fence with lots of lights which John had to tape off to protect from the stain. He did an excellent job on the fence as well!
