They did a good job. Would be careful with pricing.

Hired them to replace roof and chimney. I have tried to contact Valdrin Seci and Michael Bonano dozens of times since the roof was completed in July but never had a callback. The roof has a leak by the chimney flashing and two gutters are missing. I called the number on the contract (Seci Construction) and the office receptionist told me this is not the same company, I then received a call from Michael to stop calling that number? I would not recommend this company.

Did a great job, so far, very pleased with their work. Exxon Is a gentleman . I would definitely recommend them.

I think the price was a bit too high and they ended up add more money while they were doing the work. Try to called and texted the guy with no answer. I was very frustrated.

I hired Valdrin because we had wind damage to my roof,we agreed on the job and the price, they started today, they took the roof off and told me I needed a whole new roof that is going to cost me an additional $22,000.00 just for the plywood and another $250 each for the rafter, my insurance was here to estimate the damage before I hired anybody, I told them that my insurance company has to make the decision, I am being held hostage and highly pressured and so is my insurance company

Contacted Seci for a roof replacement.Was on time for the estimate, came on the day the work was scheduled, cleaned the area up very well and all at a very fair price. Would recommend.

While not the least expensive quote we received, we liked the reviews and the way Mark explained the process and the materials they would use. Exxon and the installation team worked quickly and met the goal of a two day timeline. The finished product looks great and professionally done.

Egzon came to our house to provide us with a quote. He was very courteous and spent time to go over everything. Our roof and skylights were replaced in one day. They did an excellent job and the clean up was awesome! We also had our gutters replaced and Egzon came back to make sure the job was complete. I would definitely recommend them!

Mark a representative for Seci came out to my house to give a quote. He was very to the point and clear on the process. He answered any questions I had with ease. You can tell by his responses that he understood his business. Its helpful for the customer to have some knowledge of the job being requested. It helps with the conversation and the answers will make sense. Mark was able to present the process in about an hour which was fantastic compared to another vendor that took 4 hrs of my day to explain the process. Getting a new roof replaced as a new home owner is scary and the need to work with a company that has patience and understands your concerns is key. It took a few weeks to get our appointment due to the weather but Mark was in touch constantly with updates. The manager that came onsite , I believe his name was Egmo, sorry if I'm chopping the name up but he was very nice. He took my husband and I around the house to check the end results and asked if we had any questions. The crew cleaned up very well. We had a slight concern the following day, I contacted Mark and one of the crew members came to the house to address it that day. I would recommend Seci but to make your life easier, research, research and read ling reviews like this. Good luck.

I was contacted by Jeff, one of their salesmen, within an hour of submitting my request on Home Advisor. After shopping around I chose Seci to do my asphalt roof replacement. Because I had an existing leak around my chimney, they were able to schedule the work quickly. I am very satisfied with their work and they will be returning in the spring to do another small job for me.

Very professional very fast finished in 1 day

I believe the work was done competently. However, they made quite a mess and not just of my property (which I am OK with) but left a mess all over my neighbor lawn and utilized her property as if it were mine, without her permission. We ended up going out there and picking up all the garbage they left. They were uncooperative about providing me with the manufacturer warranty even though their contract states they would provide it upon completion of the work. Mark, the salesman, stated that there was no promise of this in their contract and I pointed out the line where it states that. His response was that there was no one in the office and it was an office issue. I phoned the office and was told I did not need the warranty because they would come and fix any problems. I still wanted to register the work with the manufacturer and was told they would send it but to give them some time. That was on Jan 18. It is now the 28th. I phoned the shingle company myself this morning and they registered the work for me. It should not be this hard. There is supposed to be a lifetime warranty on the shingles and a 50-year warranty on the labor (from Seci). Who knows how long they will be in business? In the future, I would want to use a company that is responsive AFTER the work is done and they are paid.

Mark was great to work with. He was attentive to the needs of the job and followed up timely. He gave me a great price and a high quality product.

Seci removed the old asphalt tiles and replaced all damaged plywood before installing the new tiles. They used the highest quality materials to install new roofing; the crew was exceptional in every aspect of the project and they are professionals who work diligently and tirelessly to complete my roofing project within two days, good job!

From beginning to finishing all went well. Job was completed in 2 full long days of hard work, battling all the rain. Mark was punctual, thorough, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Mark is an asset to Seci Improvement and thanks to the crew as well.

Mark was my salesman. He explained everything to me in detail until I had no questions. During the job I had some questions and reached out to Mark. He returned my call immediately and answered my questions thoroughly. The guys showed up on time, did a wonderful job and cleanup was exceptional. The guys even voluntarily cleaned up some garden refuse I had not yet gotten to. My yard looks better now than before they got here. The dumpster driver was very concerned about damaging the driveway and so he laid down some plywood to be cautious. Everyone I encountered from Seci was courteous and very professional. And the price was very competitive. Highly, highly recommend this company.

The project was completed on time in two days as promised. Communication was good throughout the project starting with Mark's explanation of the products. The workers were professional and hard working. Cleanup was thorough and efficient including removal of the dumpster. Thank you

From start to finish very professional. Mark made the transition seamless and provided top not customer service. The team work effortless and provided excellent quality.

Communication was off. After receiving an email saying that the job was canceled for the day, two vans of workers showed up. Luckily I hadn't left to do something else. My biggest problem was that the workers damaged my fence. I emailed and sent pictures on August 18 and as of today the 26th, have had no response. Roof work seems well done and it was done quickly (one day), but a business has to have great customer service to continue to be successful.
