Seco does not stand behind their warranty and Sott hasn't returned my calls after several attempts over several weeks.

Was on time, courteous and professional attitude, explained all work that might need to be performed and explained work that was completed. I definitely refer Seco Contracting to anyone in need of their services.

Provided options and completed all work without delay or issues. Would refer to others who need roofing work.

I found SECO through Angie's List and could not be happier. The representative came and look at my roof and then sent me 6 options to choose from. They completed the work in 2 days and were very professional.

Disappointed! Representatives showed on June 26, 2020 to review scope of work and work was scheduled to be completed June 29, 2020. This contractor was a "No Show, No Call." Subsequent attempt to contact this contractor was unproductive, message did not generate a return call from the contractor.

The people at SECO were excellent to deal with. They gave us a bid well within what other companies provided and topped it off with a lifetime warranty. In short, they did exactly what they said they would and at a reasonable, fair market rate. The job was completed on time with only 2 wabbles that were immediately corrected. I recommend them without any hesitation.

The worker came and looked at my roof, did not find what was causing the noise, the flapping. He said he would come back with a blower to try to determine what was causing the noise but never called or came back.

I just needed a small patch work completed. They were 1 hour late to the appointment, said they would write me a quote before leaving, which they did not. They then said they will send me one later, which they didn't. They were eager to sell me an entire new roof, but had no intention of doing a patch work job.

I started the process of choosing someone to replace my roof on Home advisor. The initial two interviews Ieft me knowing little more about roofing than I did before the interview. One roofer wanted to replace the tile and change the underlayment and gave me a bid for this. The second person told me there was no need to change the tile and gave me a bid for just replacing the underlayment. Both offered 10 â 20 year warranties for a price. The third roofer I talked to was Skyler with SECO roofing. He explained in detail why there was no need to replace the tile and also educated me on the options in underlayment. I found him credible, patient and very knowledgeable about his trade. The product he recommended for the underlayment was a synthetic called Titanium UDL 50. However if I wanted to stick with asphalt he would have an estimate for that as well. I received a complicated and detailed estimate, which gave me multiple choices in both underlayment and warranties. The cost, even for their premium choices was very competitive. They offered a lifelong warranty, which was transferable with their premium choices. I cancelled any remaining appointments with roofers and signed the contract, selecting the synthetic premium choice. I was not disappointed. His crew started work at 7 a m and proceeded to finish the job in 2 days. Skyler was there several times during the job to check in with them and with me. Both he and the crew were consummate professionals. They were punctual and worked tirelessly until the job was done. The end result was excellent. I highly recommend SECO for roof replacement.

I used SECO Roofing to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. I got 5 estimates before selecting SECO Roofing. They clearly gave me the best price and best underlayment (lifetime guarantee). SECO Roofing (Andy Johnson) came to my home, inspected my roof, thoroughly explained what I could expect regarding workmanship and follow up if any problems arose. It was evident by my discussion with Andy, he knew his business and identify any concerns he may have had after his inspection. It was an unbelievable comfort to know I would NOT be nickeled & dimed for every unanticipated problem discovered. Andyâ  s crew were extremely thorough during the underlayment replacement process. They removed my previous underlayment and replaced all torn or damage wood and identify issued from the previous job (i.e. they discovered the previous company covered up my bathroom fan roof outlets as oppose to venting them) along with replacing warped fascia on both corners of my home. I NEVER observed harder working men then these guys!!!! I was so impressed, I gave the 3 of them $100 tips each and I am retired and not a wealthy person, but I felt anyone working from ~5:00am to 3:00 â  4:00pm in the Phoenix heat deserved it. Conclusion, I have used other roofing companies to replace my underlayment in previous home and after talking to Andy and witnessing their pricing, superior material, thoroughness, and professionalism, I was extremely glad I used them and would never use anyone else. Not enough time? Cannot be there to vet all the contractors? Don't know squat about tile roofs like me? Well, I have good news for you. Just for the record, I am a retired electrical engineer, petroleum engineer, and physicist. I spent well over 6 weeks here at my home interviewing bids, comparing material costs, with the published technical data for the underlay, replacement costs, if any, for tiles, soffits, intake vents, and other materials. I called the many contractors for their bids then made many more calls for questions about their products and materials used, warranty levels, reviewed all the written material they left then pondered all their concluded diagnoses., After all this I pretty much knew what had to be done then factored in the unexpected. In the end, I put all my chips on SECO and am glad I did. I never had the pleasure to talk with the owner simply because Andy Johnson took care of everything. Andy's crew was like a well-oiled machine. I did not find one stray roofing nail with a very powerful magnet out of a retired klystron amplifier, I was stunned! SECO, Andy, and his great crew will treat you as if your home was their's, make no mistake. I'm glad I did!

Andy was great, he came out as scheduled and repaired my roof the same day. Very professional and honest company, would recommend to anyone.

Never met a professional and honesty contractor like Scott, one of a kind. We're not only Happy with his service; he treated us like an old friend, help us to find other service that we need as well. Will let all ours friend, family members know too. If you ever need to install or replace Tile or anything about Roofing, give Scott a call. We did.

Integrity!!! Outstanding price, service, value and contractor even offered warranty's that cant be beat. I really dont know why anyone would use any other roofing company. I have been talking to roofers for over 10 months and this is the best contractor ive met with! I chose Seco.
