Very friendly and professional. Did a great job with removing stains and pet odor. Just took carpets longer to dry than expected. But overall good work.

Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. When Tom showed me how much dirt his machine removed from our carpets, I couldn t believe it. We chose the Chem-Dry service because we didn t want harmful chemicals in our house. We couldn t be happier with Tom s work or the results. He was also courteous and professional throughout the process.
