Very quick, clean, and professional ! The workers had to do some grout saw-cutting to remove broken Travertine tiles. So, they put up plastic tenting, to minimize the dust. And, they did a perfect color- match on the new grout as it adjoined the old grout. Great job, guys ! Love these guys.

The bathroom remodel end result is great. It did take a little longer than anticipated due to issues that arose with the 1952 original structure requiring additional repair which they were able to remediate. Kevin and his crew were great to work with and very accomidating which was wonderful as this is the only bathroom in the home. Would most definately recomend without reservation.

These guys stepped in when I had problems with my first tile guy showing up...really did a nice, professional job...prompt, courteous tile setters who did a great job...good communication with the contractor and all my questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner...

The owner backed up the work done. Tile laying was 5.0, but the cleanup and grouting was a 3.5. We had the worker here two additional times to cleanup the grout and tile and I finally did it myself. I recommend the company, but would not recommend the worker.

"The problem was that the customer wanted charcol black grout which leaves a haze and takes more than one cleaning after installtion. It took a couple of mop ups but that is just par for the course with this product."

Customer service from contractor was Good/Very Good. Responded quickly to inquiry and with follow up calls. Overall opinion: Fair. Tiles installed weren't flush with plane of adjacent tiles. Customer had to apply sealer (although contractor left bottle to use.) Cleanliness during and after job was rather messy.
