Ryan with Second Wind was outstanding! Our heater was not working properly and it was cold. He fit us in to his schedule within a day. He assessed the problem and fixed the obvious low cost items that needed repair anyway but eventually realized the condenser was shot. He worked with us to determine the unit needed and helped with our insurance to get it replaced by them quickly. He picked up the unit once authorized and got it installed for us. He kept us informed all along the way. His personalized service, professionalism, efficiency and skill were so impressive and appreciated! Cannot say enough about how highly we recommend him and his company!

Called Ryan to come out to my vacation home in Black Butte. Showed up on Saturday and it was over 100 degrees in the house. He promptly took a look and fixed us up right. House was cool, calm, and collected by the time he left. Thank you so much for your expertise and punctuality.
