I was locked out of my house and I called for emergency and they were so quick to respond with the solution by offering a key replacement as well as repairs to my house door in discount! When we got home from the movies last night, the front door would not close, so I searched for a locksmith online. The nice locksmith completed the work flawlessly and thoroughly. Called several times before we were able to make an appointment. Called the day of the appointment to ask if he could come earlier, which was fine. Arrived on time, ready to do the job if I approved of the work. He installed 3 new deadbolts and changed the handset on one door. The total job took about 2 hours and he cleaned up after himself. The price was a bit higher than the other estimates and that caught me by surprise but it wasn't outrageous. The man was very nice, polite, answered my questions, and I thought he did a very good job. I would hire him again.

Locksmith was very professional, however price was overly costly... It appeared too expensive, however not sure if this was an appropriate cost. We spent $500 to change locks. Maybe this is normal, but I was not anticipating the cost to be so much.

did not listen to the type of lock i wanted on front door. did not explain that new lock and handle would not match existing holes...now have an ugly patch on front door. Lastly, the outside handle for my downstairs door came off in my hand!!!!

This merchant is a total rip off. Please post this document so that other members can read it. I was told over the phone that the charges to change 5 locks was $68(for visiting the house) + 15 per each lock. The guy came home and charged me $700.00 in total. I changed 10 locks and even as per his quote it was supposed to be 228.00. He offered a cash discount so that I could avoid taxes. Of course I did not take it. I only went ahead with this transaction since he came home but I should have kicked him out for ripping me off is what I feel at this time. I could have got 2 years of ADT security for it and not worry about this nonsense of changing locks and gotten discount on my home insurance for 2 years.

The service they provided was very good and timely. However, after looking at the locks they installed I know I would have gotten a better deal if I purchased similar locks at Home Depot / Lowes and had a handy man install them. Oh well lesson learned...
