Secure Pro did the pre-wire on our new home through the builder. When the house was complete and we were ready for the security system to be powered up we called Secure Pro to come back out. We had a great experience from start to finish. From the sales side, installation side and customer service we couldn't be happier. Alex and Elvis did the install of the security system and surveillance cameras. They were very courteous, neat, professional and were very experienced and full of knowledge of their product. They made sure to explain everything so we understood and were comfortable with our new system. They did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a security system or surveillance cameras!

The system was installed professionally. The installer explained everything and answered all of my questions. So far, I am very happy with my new security system.

Have been an ADT client for many years, and it was time to change. ADT kept on increasing the monitoring rate by $10+, left me with an outdated system, weren't helpful when I had an outage, and the customer associate had an "I do not care attitude". It was time to change, and fortunately Mike came to the rescue. I have never worked with anyone that cared so much that the job gets done, and has the product that meets your needs. I was also impressed with the install. Elvis accommodated my busy schedule, explained everything, and kept the mess to a little bit of dust - that took me 5 minutes to clean up. I am so happy with my decision, system, and savings.

I just had a new home built and I needed to have the security system activated, a TV mounted and my home audio system set up. I wasn't getting a call back from the company who installed the equipment when the house was built (Synergy), so I did a Google search read the reviews and decided to call Secure Pro. Michael took my call personally, took time to answer all my questions and was at my house the next day, immediately after my closing. He made sure someone was there the next morning (Saturday) to install the security system, and someone else first thing Monday to do the other work I needed done. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement....nothing was installed right by the other company and Secure Pro took the extra time correct their mistakes and get everything working properly. Everyone from Secure Pro who came out to my house was profession, knowledgeable and the work they did was an excellent quality. Michael has followed up several times to make sure that I was happy with their service. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

After getting 4 other appraisals and really doing my homework, Michael Edington from Secure Pro offered me the best value. They had the total package: quality equipment, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Michael patiently answered dozens of questions. Don't fall for the various sales scams out there, with offers of free equipment, no monthly monitoring, etc. This company offers the very best deal out there, hands down. Michael is honest and knowledgable. The installation process was efficient and professional. The technician arrived on time, he kept the work area clean and neat, and he was courteous. He took the time to thoroughly explain the system and how to use it. I was impressed with the process from start to finish.

I have a custom home under construction. My builder recommended Secure Pro to do the Low Voltage wiring. Mike with Secure Pro showed up and listened to what I wanted in my home. He then made some suggestions and the next day the technicians came out and Prewired my home for Security, Surround Sound and Cameras. They were all on time and very professional. Couldn't be happier so far! Will post update when my home is completed in a few months.

It was clear when Mike got to my house early that he was a real professional and his 18 years of experience showed through .He knew all the prices for the lines of security systems that he sells.He customizes to your budget what you need and makes it affordable or what you can add on later to save cost without sacrificing security. I thought I needed 2 Control panels but he recommended that it was a waste of money since my front door is very close to my bedroom and my smart phone with the app is a control panel.. I was very impressed because of his knowledge of the business he was able to work a price for me to make it very affordable. He offers many types of security systems in all types of price ranges. He spent time answering all my questions and going over the all details of the system I purchased.

Mike did an excellent job in determining what was required to up grade my 20 year old system. He went through all the options with the new technology as things have changed drastically in 20 years. Installer was on time, Lou did a great job. Clean and efficient. Had one small after installation issue with my remote garage door opener. Lou came back the next day and fixed it. Being able to check the status of my alarm, garage and front door remotely from my cell phone is great. I now have the ability to turn my alarm on and off, open and shut my front and garage doors and turn on/off my front and inside lights. Already came in handy when I let another contractor in to my garage while I was at work so he could finish his work. Saved me staying at home.

Sales was a bit heavy handed, but we got what we wanted at a reasonable value. The tech was excellent.
