Excellent!! I cannot say enough good things about James Pruett and his team at Secure Roofing. I needed some roof work done and he was right there with a timely estimate and work schedule. The work was done on the day and in the time he stated, and I could not be more pleased. James takes the time to listen to his customers and explains what is needed and offers options. His pricing is very fair and his professionalism and integrity is outstanding. It's not often you find such honesty and reliability in business these days but James and Secure Roofing outshines the rest!

I highly recommend Secure roofing. I will make this short and simple. Prompt on repair estimate, repairs finished ahead of schedule and on budget. They provide excellent documation (written and photos) of the repairs that were needed and of finished work. I used his photos to satisfy the needs of the mortgage lender. To end, even the HUD home inspector mentioned what a good job they had done. Great job!!!! At a reasonable price too!!!

Detailed and very courteous. Called frequently and provided updates throughout the job. Crew was thorough and professional. Knowledgable and took photos before and after. Estimate was given based on need of the home and the estimate did not include frivolous items that were not needed. Great to do business with.

I can only rate Mr Pruett on his customer service which was excellent. From the pictures before and after everything looks really good, but I really won't know until I can get on the roof and see for myself. I had a good vibe from Mr. Pruett and truly believe that he did exactly what he said. What I really like was that he did all the work on a Sunday before the rain to prevent more damage and everything is warranty. Thank you for both Mr. Pruett and Taylor they both are great and I would recommend them both too family and friends.
