I lost my truck key at Walmart. Could not find it any where. Called a company and was told it would be the next day before they could come over. Called Secure Safe Lock & Key, a young man came right over, made a key for me, programed it and got me on the road. I was dead in the water and got pulled out from between a rock and a hard spot! My hub & I live in Melbourne, but were stranded in Merritt Island after an appointment. There was an issue with the FOB not communicating with the ignition (from what I understand) & the car would not start. Marcel was very prompt, very efficient and also very nice. I learned that this business does much more than merely unlock cars! I highly recommend.

I have to say great customer service, very friendly and nice I will not take that away from the company. The tech on the other hand, I needed key replacement for my car I was locked out and lost the key for months. So I finally was ready to drive my other car, got a quote, got my car open, key made for my ignition only so no way for me to lock my car with the key made, but my car is a 97 Buick so one key opens doors also. My transmitter was never asked for or about then the tech was like I am out of keys I can come back. I could've just used my full coverage auto insurance and towed to the dealership for the wasted time and money. I did not mind paying for opening the car but nope paid full price for half service, had to call out another company that actually got a key and transmitter working.
