Secure Step Tubs, LLC is a great Company to install jetted tubs and remolding. Very nice polite guys, easy to work with. Walk In Tub Installation and Replacement
I really did my research on this one, and I can tell you that Secure Step offers the best deal in Arkansas for walk-in tubs. This thing has every bell and whistle you can think of, a lifetime warranty (parts and labor), and it was between $5-10k less than the competition. I also felt more like I was talking to a consultant rather than a salesman when getting the quote (which was accurate to the penny). Installation was smooth as silk. The guys were professional and polite, and they were great about cleaning up after themselves. Before leaving, they made sure I understood how it works and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. Save yourself some time and money and call Mark. You won't be disappointed.

Mark and his team made our remodel a #1 service by the way they kept us advised of what they were doing, showed up on time, cleaned up the work site and topped it off by doing a beautiful job. We updated two shower/bath areas in our home. Fantastic. Call Mark, he was great to work with.

The owner of the company came out, showed his product, gave me many options. I am under contract to this company. They wont be back for installation until the middle of April. I am unable to comment on work quality at this time. Thru our discussions I have a high level of confidence in the final product.

A thoroughly positive experience. Great pre-hire presentation with sample materials. The work crew was on-time, competent, careful to minimize noise and impact, and left a minimum footprint.
