While we expected the job to been stated sooner, Juan was polite efficient and left the job site in pristine condition.

Chad came out and then had Juan come out. Juan was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and just a nice man. Went up on the roof right away and found what the leaking problem could be from. We won't know for sure till the next rain. He said if there is still a problem to call right away and he will come back. I was extremely happy with their response and efficiency.

The company contacted me within minutes of requesting the quote through Home Advisor. Shane was able to come on the very next morning. As the problem turned out to be minor, a nail that had come loose and pierced a shingle, he took care of it on the spot. He also inspected the rest of the roof and found and sealed a sheet of shingles that had become a little loose probably due to wind. Shane was very professional and efficient. Excellent. Did the job quickly with minimal distractions. Charged us their minimum fee despite substantial checking and shingle repair/replacement. Most everyone else insisted on bilking the insurance companies with a fraudulent hail storm damage claim so that the entire roof would be replaced. Of the 600 homes in our development, not a single home suffered any roof failure! Remember than your signature on such scams make you culpable for reimbursement, fines, and fraud judgments.
