The system they installed worked only for several days at a time. It was continually not working and it would take a week to get them back in for repair only to have it go down again two days later. I had told them that the recorded footage was most important to me and yet when we looked for playback, the cameras were not even recording. I finally ripped out the entire system and had ADR put in a new one. I am entirely satisfied with my new system. I just regret the money I wasted on the secure its system.

I have a very old system which went bad during a power loss. It was not easy to fix but that did not stop the repairman from trying. The system is fixed and back in operation. Very impressive.
