For starters, these guys are a breath of fresh air! It is really hard to find an honest security company these days, that isnt trying to sell you on things you dont need or lock you into a lifetime contract. I had these guys install my camera system that I bought online about a year ago. The installation was great! Unfortunately, the equipment, not so much.. (sshpros did warn me that the system was not the greatest, but I had them sitting in my garage for way too long to return). After having a ton of issues with cameras going black, night vision not working, and getting replacements from Lorex, I was about fed up. So I called the owner, Kyle, to see if he could send someone back out to take a look. He came out to my place himself and was able to diagnose some issues likely to do with the recorder, not the cameras themselves. He did not charge me for coming out and even provided a free estimate for a new full security system that he recommended would work much better. It was a bit beyond our budget, but he gave us a discount for using them in the past and even more discounts since all of the cable had been ran. I am so happy we decided to go for it and we want to sing Security and Smarthome Pros praises to all of our neighbors! One thing that stood out to me is that they dont require any contracts which put me at ease when spending money on a system like this. We have enjoyed our system so much, we ended up adding a ton of Smart Home equipment as well and everything has worked flawlessly! These guys provide an incredible service and Kyle runs a truly professional and high quality business. Thanks Kyle!

Kyle was so great to work with! Security and Smarthome Pros is the epitome of a high-quality local small business. We wanted cameras for our home and we wanted them professionally installed, but we did not really know where to start. We had ADT come out and they quoted us almost 4 thousand dollars and we would still have to pay a $70 monthly fee! They were really pushy about it too so we decided to reach out to a local company. Kyle got back to us so fast and offered to come out to our home and give us an estimate on the same day. He understood all of our concerns, helped us understand a little more about the technologies that are available, and left us with two different estimates to look over with NO pressure. We offered to pay him for coming all the way out to our home and he refused. So obviously we hired him. Lol. We went with the option that did not include the alarm so that we would not have a monthly subscription. My husband and I are so happy with our cameras and have great peace of mind knowing we have a local company that will take care of everything. We cannot recommend Kyle and his company enough!
