There was a lot of work to do on an old building. Smart Home Pros were very professional and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. We are very happy with the work that was done on our church.
I needed solar chargers added to my 3 existing outdoor cameras, and an additional camera and charger installed. I was very impressed with SSH's service - they were prompt, friendly, and thorough. The price quoted me was what I paid. If I ever have a similar need again, I'll call them. I highly recommend them.

For starters, these guys are a breath of fresh air! It is really hard to find an honest security company these days, that isnt trying to sell you on things you dont need or lock you into a lifetime contract. I had these guys install my camera system that I bought online about a year ago. The installation was great! Unfortunately, the equipment, not so much.. (sshpros did warn me that the system was not the greatest, but I had them sitting in my garage for way too long to return). After having a ton of issues with cameras going black, night vision not working, and getting replacements from Lorex, I was about fed up. So I called the owner, Kyle, to see if he could send someone back out to take a look. He came out to my place himself and was able to diagnose some issues likely to do with the recorder, not the cameras themselves. He did not charge me for coming out and even provided a free estimate for a new full security system that he recommended would work much better. It was a bit beyond our budget, but he gave us a discount for using them in the past and even more discounts since all of the cable had been ran. I am so happy we decided to go for it and we want to sing Security and Smarthome Pros praises to all of our neighbors! One thing that stood out to me is that they dont require any contracts which put me at ease when spending money on a system like this. We have enjoyed our system so much, we ended up adding a ton of Smart Home equipment as well and everything has worked flawlessly! These guys provide an incredible service and Kyle runs a truly professional and high quality business. Thanks Kyle!

Your job must have slipped through our cracks after we completed the work.. I know last month was our busiest ever and we also had a technician leave the state so we were a bit understaffed. Are you having any issues with the work that was performed? We certainly are not worried about maintaining/servicing our work in the future. In fact, we warranty our work for an entire year so if you need anything at all, dont hesitate to reach out! We will make sure to get you that invoice as well
