Noah is very personable and knowledgeable. During the interview / estimate, he made several observations that saved time and effort, as well as giving better coverage with fewer cameras. Jessica was a dream to deal with.

Noah was exceptional. He went the extra mile to insure that my cameras were in good working order. He even diagnosed and corrected a wiring problem which meant that we didn't need two new cameras. Jessica in the office also had great customer service. The value was also great. Highly recommended!

Travis was excellent. On his first visit once he assessed the situation he realized that it was going to be a bigger job than originally communicated which needed two people. He and Julius came back the next week and did a very professional job. I would definitely hire them again.

Julius is an outstanding and professional service provider. He & his team installed an outdoor security system over a large area. He made sure that all of our needs were met at all phases: sale, installation, and even after the system was installed. We have worked with several contractors and many of them have lacked customer service skills, professionalism, and common courtesy. Julius and his team had to dig trenches and bring along tools/equipment, but they were careful not to damage our property and did not leave debris behind. Security Consult is a great business to work with!

ADT installed my home alarm system, but refused to come out when it malfunctioned. Julian was very professional and fixed my problem within minutes. I would call them again if alarm has any more problems and would recommend them to others.

After about a month, we experienced some technical issues with their previous installation. Julian had his guys out immediately to resolve the issue which proved to be a little more problematic than anticipated. Subsequently they scheduled timely follow-up troubleshooting and repair appointments, were prompt, polite, professional and very neat. They stuck with the job until it was accomplished. Very satisfied with the attentiveness, can do attitude and overall quality service.

I am VERY impressed and Thankfull with the work he did ,but also with his profesional skills dealing with customers who dont know nothing about network or surveillance systems etc...he was more than GREAT! he did more than he actually charge me for, and for that i am very gratefull! from now on anything i need i will ask home advisor, they have excelent technitians (etc.) for the help us,customers need. when they mounted my TV I didn't want the cable box/modem/dvd on the furniture and insisted against advice that it be put on the floor. After the installer left I decided I hated it. I called back and they cheerfully returned and corrected everything to my satisfaction without charging me another cent. They were neat and cleaned up any mess made. wore covers on shoes and totally did a great job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without a doubt

i was in a touch situation both financially and with the alarm system. It turned out to be on issue after another with the my existing system and given my situation/constraints - Julius worked with me stayed late and added extra to getting it working and kept the cost the same. He wanted me to have a working system before he left and he ensured that. Added to that that he was responsive to phone calls and e-mails - I would highly recommend him and his company
