Very pleased with Security Garage Door. Their price was the lowest of the two bids I got. They were prompt with their service. They scheduled my job in a short time frame and were on time. The installer was efficient and couteous. Would definitely use them again.

I was thoroughly impressed by the performance and knowledge of the technition. The cables were replaced and an adjustment to the drive assembly allowed the door to traverse up/down very smoothly. One problem not expected was that the electrical components in the drive system were shot. Parts were not available, however, an estimate was provided and we will use them to replace the drive system at a later date. This is our company for garage door matters in the future.

The technician, Jerry, arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. He made the necessary replacement of my garage door torsion springs quickly. The price was slightly higher than another quote I had received, but it was worth paying a little extra for the fast response and their professionalism.

I posted a message on the web and received a phone call the next day, I spoke with Mike who was very cordial and set up an appointment with a service professional between the hours of 11am and 3pm. I was very pleased with both Larry and Jerry who showed up 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Thankfully my wife was home or these two gentlemen may have been waiting for me to arrive. When I finally arrived Larry and Jerry were almost done. These two men are very professional. Your prices are good when comparing with the others, your competition. I would definitely recommend and use your services again. Thank You!

They were able to service my door quickly. The repair took only 20 min. They've been in busines the longest and their price was the most reasonable. The Customer service rep - Michael, must have been having a bad day when I called; sounded a bit annoyed like he should have stayed in bed for the day, but luckily the first person I spoke to on New Year's eve; Kimberly, was very Professional and completly helpful. Thankful, she was my first impression.

Service was quick and efficient. Installer could've been a bit more considerate of the aesthetics of the door. (installed the emergency access lock on the outside door crooked ... Which is the only piece that is very visible on the outside...)
