As a Certified Professional Home/Property/Real Estate Inspection Company (New build, Pre-Owned), we provide an extensive evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your Property Inspection report will include findings of any material defects discovered in an easy-to-read format, to include pictures and recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And our job isn't finished until you understand everything in your report, so owners, sellers or buyers can make informed decisions about their investment. As a Member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), We: *provide home inspections as a Certified Professional Inspector *adhere to a comprehensive Standards of Practice and Continuing Education courses; *abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts my clients first; and *use state-of-the-art inspection tools and reporting software, so that clients can make informed decisions
