I hired John install a security system for my home and also paid for a 3 yr. monitoring of my home and paid $1100 for that part, I have been trying for 2 yrs to reach them and had to hire someone else to repair and monitor the system,

Company is out of business. Absolutely the worst.

Brandon of Security Pros, Inc. is extremely professional and meticulous about his work product. He took the time to meet with us both over the phone and in our home to thoroughly understand our needs and then performed the install in an expeditious manner. If anyone is considering having home surveillance cameras installed, I would highly recommend Security Pros, Inc.; you won't be disappointed.

Words can't describe how great this company is. Brandon worked within my budget and I am truly happy with my system. I would definitely recommend this company.

He will get the job done

Needed some questions answered left messages, no call back. The hold in the bedroom that was made to help install is still there. I had planned to have him come back and set up another camera but he never returned my call and having problems.

Brendan was our sales person & installer. He did a wonderful job with the hidden wiring.. he was fast and I could not be happier. During installation he had to go out to get a part. A car ran a light and hit him and despite black eyes, broken nose & injuries.. he was back the next Saturday to finish! Could not be more dedicated!

Brandon did an outstanding job. The work was finished as expected. He demonstrated the system, answered my questions, and took his time to help me feel comfortable before finishing. He encouraged me to contact him if I have questions. Overall it was an easy and stress free experience and I will request Brandon again if I need more work.

Security Pros is no longer honoring their warranty nor is John Benson running this company. Do not purchase any of the security cameras from Brandon Mitchem because he is using the Security Pro name but is not an employee or owner this company of this company. As far as I can tell Security Pros is no longer even in business. I would be careful letting Brandon into your home as when I had him over before to do some work, I immediately had some security issues immediately following his visit.

Extremely thorough job and appreciate the time Brandon took to explain everything. Taking the time to do it right, unlike the prior alarm company I had, goes a long way with me.

I'll start first by stating that this is the hands down first choice in your home security needs. Began with the initial phone consultation with John that was highly informative followed by a site visit by Brandon who developed a comprehensive plan to get us the security camera coverage we were looking for around our property. Additionally, he went over how the home alarm system would work functionally and put together the best approach to ensure we felt comfortable with how it would operate on a day to day basis for us. The day of the installation, Brandon & Kendra arrived and went right to work. Kendra nailed it with the alarm setup and configuration. With as many windows/doors and a choppy floor plan, she did a superb job and gave me a tutorial on how to use the various features on the keypad. Brandon did a phenomenal job in getting the cameras wired up through some tight spaces and concealed them to be almost undetectable. Great work and shows his vast experience in this arena. The camera coverage was just as he had explained it and captured everything we wanted. If you're looking for a company to do the job right with excellent people, look no further, SPI is the one to reach out to.

Brandon from security pros installed a new dvr and camera system at my laundromat. The service was excellent, installation excellent, and quality excellent. I would recommend Brandon and security pro's for this type of work to anyone wanting a quality installation and service.

This is a professional outfit. Brandon our installer was amazing he fixed a system that we had installed by someone who wasted our money. Brandon spend hours fixing our system, replacing cameras and frankly did more work than he had to. He's a perfectionist who takes a great deal of pride in his work. SPI has been extraordinary, Brandon their installer was in believable. We previously had cameras installed by someone we thought knew what he was doing, We turned out to be very wrong. SPI and Brandon had their hands full trying to fix what our previous installer messed up. Brandon is amazing, he was patient and a perfectionist who worked his ass off getting the system perfect. I would highly recommend SPI to provide their services.

Overall good, neat install. Not the cheapest of the three quotes, but we believe met our needs for neat wiring.

I would highly recommend Security Pros. I interviewed 3 different companies to Install surveillance cameras at my house. Brandon Mitchem from security pros took the time to explain my options and showed me on his smart phone exactly what the cameras would stream with a live feed. Brandon also explained to me exactly where he would run the wiring and where he would drill so that nothing would be visible after the installation. My cameras also came with a 3 year warranty . Brandon is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He also explained how to operate my DVR and and installed apps on my devices so that I have access to my cameras away from home. Brandon did not leave until he was sure I understood how to operate my new system. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
