Been trying to contact the person that had the lights install for 2 weeks now to cover up a hole that was left open in the wall inside the house service was not good and I am still waiting to get the whole close up.

These guys were very professional. They got our install of 10 cameras and an N.V.R. project done extremely quick and efficiently. Also they were very helpful towards us understanding how our system works and making the necessary adjustments to make sure we were pleased with the finished project.

They damaged a baseboard and never responded to my inquiries. Stay away if you can.

Don't work with this man. Don't even hire him. Stay as far away as you can.

After the sale, service is NONE I have called and asked them 3 times for help getting the connections tight and not go out if touched and they will not. Also I said I would pay them to come and still no service.

Best company for TV Mounts

The first review I gave was right after install of my system. Upon going in my attic and having problems I need to revise my Review so it reflects the true experience . Ran wires in my attic at random and on floor so they now can be damaged. Did not put insulation back after installing ceiling speakers, removed insulation from several areas not necessary. Disturbed electrical box resulting in short in kitchen light. Made a mess in garage cutting oversize hole did not attempt to clean up mess. Did not run 2 speaker wires Thu wall plate but on outside of plate (lazy). Has refused to send my invoice on work so I can have a warranty. If you hire him inspect his work, get invoice, before signing check.

Came out the next day after I called. Installed TV on wall as requested, and was very knowledgeable. Great guy. Could not be happier.

I was amazed at how quickly Security and Home Automation responded to our job. Kyle the owner came personally. I only had a 3 hour time allowance but he said he would be able to get it done. He was very personable. The first job was to set up the Home Theater Harmony Control System that I had purchased from CWC Smart Home, a different Home Advisor company who would not come back to fix it. Kyle was not able to fix it and I ended up throwing that system away. Kyle then went to the basement to hook up television that was already wall mounted. All he had to do was connect all the cords together for the tv, dvd player, Comcast box and speakers. He was not able to get it done. We paid him $200.00 plus a $20.00 tip with a promise that he would come back to finish. I spoke to him in person and have texted many times. Again yesterday he promised to come back but he did not show up. Five appointments that he did not show up. I have saved all the texts as proof. I cannot tell you how disappointed I feel. I would never recommend this poor service to anyone. I have been completely duped by both companies supplied to us by Home Advisor.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Came up through basement and installed plug behind the TV. Mounted TV over the fireplace and hid all wires. Looks awesome!

They were on time installed 2 TV's in about an hour, cleaned up after themselves. Just a great experience. Especially since I had contacted numerous other companies that just seemed not need te business or were way overpriced.

OK, where do I start? These guys gave me 9 am time but showed up at 12 pm. They did not have any of the material. They left to get the wall mounts and drill bits. Came back and started the work at 1 pm. Having in the business for 12 years you would think they have learned by now to show up at the job with all the materials in advance? The job was to install 2 TVs over fireplace. They were done with both TV installed by 5 pm. I have never seen such a bad installation job in my life. No attention to detail. Let me go through one by one. 1) The face plates for the HDMI, USB and Ethernet were screwed to the wall without any base plate. Both popped out when disconnecting a cable. 2) All cables were bunched up behind TV without any tie wrap or cable management. Cables started dangling under TVs after they left. 3) None of the holes were patched/mudded. They did not tell me before start it was not their job to do that. 4) I provided them with leaf antenna to install behind the TVs. They used dry wall screws to attach to the wall, thus punching holes and making the antennas useless. (Should have been taped to the wall) 5) I asked them for 3HDMIs, 1USB and 1 Ethernet connections from the TVs to the wall plates. The face plate showed 2 HDMIs, 1USB and 1 Ethernet. I said Ok with one less HDMI. But once they left only 2 connections out of 8 worked. When I looked behind TVs They had NO USB cables and only 3 HDMI cables. So basically they deceived me and pretended they have done all the connections. 6) Used wrong Power face plates. Should have used recessed so the plugs are recessed. They used normal face plates this caused plugs sticking out and kinking the power cables. 7) Did not use face plate at all for one of the connections at the back. Just had a respectable screwed to the wall. 8) Holes were not drilled for one of the sound bars. Both optic cable and power cable were routed outside the wall. Reason being there is a stud they cannot go through! Installation was performed on Dec 27th. I have been trying to have them come back and fix since then. It's always some excuse. First they said they can come after 6 pm and then said they can only come during morning. After three weeks of back and forth they said they can come on MLK day when I was off. Guess what, they did not show up! I would not recommend this company. I should have hired Best Buy. These guys charged me $985 for two TV installs. I asked Best buy and they were about the same. I will post pics if there is an option here.

They were 1 hr late. They had no IDs. The younger one mumbled so badly he was unintelligible. Neither man could/would answer most questions. The cameras are out of focus but the installers said "its just the light". I wanted the monitor by the front door so I could see who was there but they talked me out of it because a burgler would take the DVR. Then they placed the DVR in plain view in my workroom easily available to burglers. The monitor does me no good in the workroom. They installed the wrong cameras. Twice Kyle has said he would bring the correct cameras to be installed and both times he was no show and no call. I informed Kyle that the equipment sometimes takes up to 10 attempts to switch from camera view(HDMI) to computer (VGA). He said he did not know what I was talking about and it must be the fault of my computer. The system is a waste of my time and money since I wanted to be able to easily see who was at the door and it takes too many attempts to switch from HDMI to VGA. Ten business days and I am still waiting for service. Except for refusing to answer questions, the installers were polite and friendly. Still waiting for replacement cameras. After the snow melted, I discovered that the installer has left a large amount of debris in my yard where wired entered/exited my house. They guaranteed that they would fill all the holes they created with caulk. None of the holes that I can see have caulk in them, allowing bugs and rain into my siding and house. I am completely dissatisfied with the work and lack of service.

They didn’t mention a time frame for their arrival but once they made it to my home was quick, respectful and did a good job. My only disagreement was with the price of $100 because I have everything they needed to mount my tv except the expertise.
