Seder Home Improvement/Ian was the most reasonable contractor we spoke to (received quotes from several, best price by far). He and his contractors were efficient and provided quality work. We had a 17x20 laundry/storage room added on, plus some additional work. They did such a great job constructing looks like it has always been apart of the house. Even the city inspectors were impressed with the work. Ian kept constant communication, very professional and friendly. Would definitely do business again with Seder Home improvement. Highly recommend.

They knew what they were doing and took the time to correct and insure everything was proper. Ian had a good crew and he made sure he was on top of everything. They did a terrific job and I was impressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof or exterior painting. They were clean at the end of each work day. He knew I had dogs and made sure nothing was in harms way. This meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent communication, we had lots of questions and Ian answered quickly. We were very happy with the work done and the metal roof, it looks beautiful. We will have him bid for the house painting.

Ian was great to work with. He was very helpful, gave me choices on which colors he recommended and had his crew on the job within a week. I live in St. George, UT so I had to trust him 100% that the work was being done and done right. IT WAS!! I handled payment with him and he was gracious to send me "before and after" photos. The duplex looks FANTASTIC!! I'm hiring Ian again in a few months to re-do the fence at this same duplex. If I had 4 thumbs, all four would be up, not just two thumbs up.
