they were GREAT! The whole process from the trouble shooting of my old furnace to the install of our new furnace was very profressional. I can't recomend them enough.

Sales pitch: Impressive. Gave detailed explanation with diagram on how A/C unit cools the home. Other companies did not do that. Installation: Fair. Left pile of dust/screws behind after changing out thermostat. Company states they will leave home in better shape than they found it. Did not seal joints on evaporator unit. Cold air was blowing into the basement. Follow-up: Poor. Paperwork was not done prior to installation. No information on how to collect rebates. Called salesman three times over 10 day period with no response. Finally called manager for resolution to air leak and paperwork/rebate problem, with quick response.

I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. The estimate was clear and the pro who came to my house to install the vent to our second story was fast. They were Fast, friendly, and professional.

Ducts & Vents - Install or Replace
Excellent job! They managed to install ductwork in a tight basement with minimal effect on the existing walls and ceilings. Prompt, polite, clean, easy to deal with. A little more expensive than some, but worth every penny!
