Dave gave me the bid the day before Thanksgiving and started the work the day after Thanksgiving. They worked over the holiday weekend, when most contractors couldn't even give me a bid until after the weekend. He was able to fit in placing soffit vents and completed all of the work before promised. He also discovered and repaired some duct work and other issues he found when doing the requested work, for no additional fee. I will keep Dave's number handy for future work. Great job!!

My water heater had been leaking and the subfloor needed to be repaired before the new water heater could be installed. Thanks to Dave and his quick response time, my flooring was repaired and the new water heater installed within a 24 hour time. What I thought was a horrible mess, turned into a very minor detail thanks to Dave and Seeger Construction. In addition to the flooring replacement, Dave helped me out with some minor 'handyman' repairs' . I am definitely keeping his number close at hand!
