Guy and Joe were absolutely amazing!!! I don’t have time to micromanage projects, and they made the whole process completely stress-free. (Yay) They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised, and finished on time. Honest, dependable, and professional. 10/10!

Tyler knocked on my door just like the 20 before him but this time for some reason I actually answered. He shared with me the process of discovering if my roof needed replaced, walked me through the process and a day later I had an estimate from my insurance and SeekOne is going to handle the rest. Tyler and his team made the first steps stress free and I am certain the rest will be similar. They were here with the insurance adjuster so that they could intervene with any questions of things I didn’t understand. What a relief!!! Thanks to SeekOne for their service! I cannot wait to get my new roof in place for these crazy Alabama storms! Updates and pics to come!!

Seek One did a marvelous Job on replacing our weather damaged roof. Beginning with Joe Burnette doing roof inspection with his drone getting pictures and then close inspection by climbing on roof. Joe assisted with claim to insurance and then Joe worked with our Home Advisor and led the way with the Insurance Inspector. After Insurance approved, Joe assisted us with Mortgage Company to get check endorsed. Joe coordinated with the Supplier for all repair material and coordinated with the Install Crew. At this point, Ryan, on-site Manager, guided the Install Crew with protecting various elements to verify all were protected. It was amazing to know how quickly the damaged roof was removed. While some carried material to roof, other members of the Crew began the Install. There were also Crew Members working to cleanup the old roof, under paper, and watching for wayward nails. (On a side note due to walking issue to keep me from having to transverse the old roofing material, Ryan took our Puppies for a Potty Walk. SUPER nice and well appreciated!!!!!! All-in-all, a Professional Job from start to completion. Ask yourself, how many would have been that thoughtful assisting with our Puppies. Our deep hearted Thank You to ALL from Joe to Ryan to the Crew. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!
