This project was initially started Sep 20, 2018. Promised deadlines have not been met, we are 1 year into the project, a simple 2 car garage build with nothing to show for the dollars spent $9,500 to date. We were supposed to receive completed plans to start the construction back in December but still have none. Cannot get a permit without signed engineering plans.

As a contractor for over 15 years, occasionally we run into situations where we desperately need the help of an engineer - this is one of those situations that happen twice in one year. Lee and Shereema came, took measurements, took my drawings and promised plans in a couple of weeks for a "very reasonable" price. 3 months later, multiple calls, still no plans or even price quote. I fired them. Highly frustrating, big project delay.

Shereema went above and beyond all expectations. She was friendly professional and supportive throughout entire analysis. I'm in the process of preparing my property for a sale. Lee performed multiple site visits and provided invaluable wisdom and advice as far as handling the issues they detected. They were personable, and pricing was exactly as quoted. Timeliness was impeccable as well as responsive. They responded to my e-mails, text messages, and phone calls in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated their service and highly recommend them.

An extremely professional business. HONEST, reliable and prompt. They return calls and text messages almost immediately. Having contacted numerous other structural engineers in an attempt to have someone provide evaluate my retaining wall, SEGMA responded first and showed up the same day.
