They installed two new bathroom ceiling light/fan/ heaters and reinforced an electrical box in the ceiling so they could hang a ceiling fan in a bedroom. They did the work quickly and everything is working well. However, they did not call me to confirm the appointment, they did not call to say they would be late. I called their phone numbers and received no reply. So I called home Advisor who contacted them. I received a quick response. They told me they would be there in 30 minutes but it was 1.5 hours. It really bugs me when a service provider doesn't have the courtesy to at least call when there are issues. Also, it was a bad weather morning, but I called and asked if they were coming. And my work was all indoors. Work was fine and done quickly, and everything is working well.

Excellent service all around. Good price, quick response, professionally done work. I'll be sure to use them again for my next electrical project and highly recommend them for anyone else!

They responded for the job as promised. However, they hurried up and did not replace electrical switch similar to one installed before, in the living room. The replaced switch is ordinary instead of dimmable!

Asked for broken down receipt and also detailed estimate for a future problem. Company unable to provide info. Could only get the total charge. 2nd electrical company to do this, going back to home depot, local people don't seem to have a clue on billing.

The electricians were courteous and efficient. They replaced 2 out door outlets. Their work was quick and efficient. Before they left they showed that the new outlets were working. I would definitely use Segovia for any electrical problems.
