Besides being a great team of people, like the other reviewers state, I had a unique experience that demonstrates the integrity of Rocky. For whatever reason, I couldnt get my garage door opener to work on the final day of the retrofit. My house is like Fort Knox, so I had no way to get into the house. I called Rocky, on a Friday night after work hours, and he actually answered the phone! I told him that I was locked out. He said his team had done nothing differently that day but, regardless, he drove from Bellevue to Renton, in Friday night traffic, to help me. After spending about an hour and a half trying to find a way into my house without breaking anything, (although I gave him permission to break a window) we borrowed some tools from a neighbor. Rocky peeled off ANCIENT paint around an equally ANCIENT garage window, and got into the house. Seriously? Who does that? I ended up asking Rocky what other types of work Seismic NW provides, so that I could possibly hire them in the future. He told me that, besides earthquake retrofit work, they also do construction/remodeling. Hire this team for either or. You wont regret it.

Rocky and his crew were great to work with. Very responsive. Very friendly and easy to work with. Showed up on-time and really worked hard the whole time. Couldn't have asked for more. I had a very tight project time frame to work in and they arranged their work schedule to make it work. I would highly recommend these guys.

Good communication before and during project - knew what to expect and what was going on with daily updates. Work looks good (no earthquakes yet, so can't address that aspect). Team was willing to work with us on specific issues and concerns. No surprises or overages in billing. Grade A. Would recommend for retrofit jobs.
