Had the pleasure Of hiring, this company they recently came out to my property and repaired. My chimney needed tuck pointing. Came and gave me a free estimate and gave me a flat price. And once agreed scheduled me in, and done exactly what they said they would do with no hidden costs. Thanks again frank

Had several cracks in my basement so we hired selco property solutions to help on repairing them multiple times. Sam and frank were very informational and answered all my questions. They are professional, done the job quick and clean. The cracks are good now and leaking is stopped. Will recommend.

The crew was amazing! Kept me fully informed about the steps they were taking and showed me how to work everything once done. Really impressed by their skill and communication style with clients, which isn’t always this easy and relaxed. Included me in decision making on water ejection line. I have a lot of confidence in the system set up for me and look forward to a dry spring in the basement. The technology looks really reliable and I now know we made the right choice in calling selco. Great dudes. Fist pumps all around.

Quality work at competitive pricing. They rebuilt my chimney and did a great job. A chimney rebuild isn't cheap, but they gave me a price that I was happy with. Selco property solutions were very professional. Highly recommend this company.
