"THIS WAS A TROUBLE CALL It was a service for no sound On an receiver there is no way of telling a customer over the phone what the problem is that's why we set and appointment to come out we always let the customer know there is a charge We ran this 'receiver through 8 different tests to find that the DTS chip was malfunctioning and offered to take it to a repair shop Note: as stated in our Home advisor front page we do not fix internal damage on any components we we can and do repair broken line wire 'reprogramming of units and generally can get a system up and running in one service call. This took us an hour and a half to complete"

"This Job originally was an projector screen installation only the customer added the projector and speakers to be installed as well at time of service call she was quoted and agreed to the addtional work to be added so yes it does increase the price of an installation we also ordered a projector mount and installed at second visit all pre quoted before installation ."

We never felt that our system was set up correctly from the time our contractor for remodel installed it. We even had best buy come out and still felt the same. After finally tiring of not getting to enjoy the system we paid for we decided to try again to find someone who knew what they were doing and get it right. Well, we did! John responded quickly and we couldn't be happier. It has never sounded the way it does now. After five years, we can finally enjoy our home theater!

I can't say enough good things about the two gentlemen that installed our home theater system. Our install posed a difficult set of circumstances - hanging a 60" TV on a solid brick wall over a 50" fireplace with no power seemingly in sight. But they were creative and found some - outlets were installed and we were hooked up and watching The Bulls. Did I mention we live in Olympia Fields?
