Ken called me right away when I requested his service, told me he is doing it for 22 years and I could tell he knows his business very well, he advised me and consulted me whatâ s best for us and he was hired! That the Appraiser was not qualified to appraise a dog house say nothing of a house. He did not measure anything, he took a few photos. he did not present me with a business card. When I called him the next day he lied and said he had sent my appraisal to my e-mail address. He did not even have my e-mail address. I called my bank and stopped payment on his check. This man Ken Volling should lose his appraisal license and I will do everything in my power to see that he does. I have told my banker of the experince, also a couple of real estate agents. I wish you had a lower star rating, he would have it. I think he could be a crook.
